Keeping you updated

Your new Barclaycard is currently being sent out in the post to replace Egg credit cards. A new PIN will also be sent to you shortly.
Once you receive these, you should keep them separate and in a safe place until 7th November 2011 when they can be used.
Until then, please continue to use your Egg credit card as normal.

mybarclaycard features and benefits

If you're not already a Barclaycard customer, and not registered for mybarclaycard,
you'll be able to access mybarclaycard quickly and easily once your card is active. You'll then
have the smart but simple tools you need to keep track of your spending and service your
account online.

With mybarclaycard you can

  • Check your monthly Barclaycard statements and view your recent transactions
  • View your statement history, including up to the last 12 months' statements for your Egg credit card
  • Track your spending with personalised charts and graphs to see what you're spending and where
  • Amend your monthly Direct Debit payments
  • Make additional payments by debit card
  • Request a PIN reminder to be sent through the post
  • Transfer balances
  • Access mybarclaycard on your mobile phone
  • Check and update your contact details
  • Set up alerts

Not only that, you'll soon be able to send us secure messages with any questions you may have.
