Barclaycard encourages customers who feel they may be having difficulty in paying their bills to contact us early. If you are concerned about your ability to pay your bill please call 0844 241 2929 (Call charges information) to discuss your situation with one of our advisers. The line is open from 8am until 9pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 6pm Saturdays.
