How can I pay my Barclaycard bill online?

You can register for online services as soon as you've received your card. Just click Register from the Barclaycard home page.

Once you have logged in to your account online, select the option to make a payment by debit card and enter the information requested on screen. You'll have a chance to confirm the details before submitting your payment for immediate authorisation with your bank.

Your payment will be credited to your account within two working days.

How can I pay my Barclaycard bill?

• Online - using your debit card. Just register or log-in to account services.
• By Telephone Banking - give your bank our sort code 20-04-15, our account number 38290008, and your card number.
• By Direct Debit - just call us on 0844 811 9111** with your current account details.
• By post, with a cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to Barclaycard and write your Barclaycard number and postcode on the back. Send your cheque and completed Bank Giro Credit Slip attached to the bottom of your paper statement to:

  Allow at least 4 working days before your payment due date.
• Over the counter at any bank - by cash or cheque using the Bank Giro Credit Slip attached to your statement.

How long does it take to process a payment made within account services?

Your payment is authorised straight away with your debit card issuer. This means you need to have cleared funds in your bank account when you are making the payment online.

You should allow up to two working days for the payment to be received by Barclaycard and to show against your account balance.

How long does it take to process a payment online?

Your payment is authorised straight away with your debit card issuer. This means you need to have cleared funds in your bank account when you are making the payment online.

You should allow up to two working days for the payment to be received by Barclaycard and to show against your account balance.

This is to allow each card issuer involved to authorise the transaction. This also helps protect against fraud, because it allows for a cross-reference check to take place.

How much can I pay online?

We are able to accept payments up to the amount of the total outstanding balance of your account, therefore any attempted payments which will result in your account going into credit will not be accepted and you will be advised of this immediately.

I have made an online debit card payment onto my Barclaycard in account services, how can I check that it went through ok?

You are able to view the details of payments you have made online by debit card from the website. Simply click on the option 'Events Log' on the left hand side of the screen and select the month you wish to view.

This will then bring a list of the dates and times you have accessed the secure part of the site and also the details of payments you have made.
