Call Charges and Information

1. 0845 – For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 4.5p per minute, plus 12.5p call set-up (current at May 2011). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
2. 0870 – For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 8.5p per minute, plus 12.5p call set-up (current at May 2011). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
3. 0844  556⁄581⁄811⁄848 – For BT residential customers, calls will cost no more than 5.5p per minute, plus 12.5p call set-up (current at May 2011). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different. Please check the BT price list for charges for other 0844 numbers as charges vary depending on the 3 digits following 0844.
4. Calls to 0500 and 0800 numbers are free if made from a UK landline. Calls may be monitored or recorded in order to maintain high levels of security and quality of service.
5. For BT residential customers, calls to the Oyster helpline will cost no more than 3.5p per minute, (current at March 2011). The price on non-BT phone lines may be different.
